Yes. When we moved out of one state and travelled across several states, we had no destination set, we up and left. It was day to day. We were dependant on God. You living on a prayer, and there is a part of your mind that is open. A part that is not your planning or knowing. You feel led. And you are not worried. Its a place in your mind where its not you in control, its where God is in control and you can see it and you abide. God kept us safe, sent angels to guide us, and protect us, and opened doors for us. That feeling is undescribeable, this is the best description i can give. Its a form of surrender where you let God lead and you trust.

Actually, God gave us free will. The whole point is that we do control our own destiny. False prophets are not looked upon kindly.

This is a fabulously ironic message title uploaded just a month or so ago, given that Glow itself has put many of its faithful into dark places over the last six or nine months, none less than your humble commenter here. Over decades of involvement with the Pentecostal church I have seen some spectacular fall outs and ministry fails, but the reason this current season is clearly the low point in my walk ( and probably a train wreck from which my faith will never recover ) is the mind-blowing, staggering ego and dishonesty that underpins the entire thing. God does not ever call anyone to break a promise or covenant commitment to another in any 'move of the holy spirit', which is what the dumping of Sydney and Melbourne churches in 2024 was. Never. To dress it up as God's will is either delusional or a staggeringly egotistical move by a senior leadership that is so confident in its grip on well-meaning, good-hearted tithe payers, taking for granted that they will accept this faithless behaviour as it is presented to them without questioning it publicly at all. This is essentially what happened - it all went through at breakneck speed ( done and dusted within three months ) and the faithful kept their mouths shut and kept paying in their tithe taxes.

1h10mins in and I’m waiting for the part where he says we aren’t saved by our relationship with Jesus but we are saved alone by what Jesus did for us. If you’re trusting in anything other than 100% Jesus, not works, then you’re in trouble. He said God will say “what did YOU do with Jesus?” :( no… nothing we can do. It’s all about what Jesus did… when God says why should I let you in heaven? Make sure you say because Jesus took my punishment I deserve, by dying on the cross, I’m trusting fully in Him. ❤ Edit: was only in the last prayer He mentioned the cross. Please talk about it more for those who don’t know what Jesus did.
